Alruwais was awarded a trophy by the Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation “Misk” for actively participating in the Job Shadowing program in 2022. During the program, 31 employees from various departments of Alruwais mentored 43 students over two months. They educated them about the different career options that the company offers to help them choose the most suitable jobs for them to support their development and contribute to Saudi’s future economic prosperity.
