Alruwais has become a certified silver member of the U.S Green Building Council, which uses the LEED system, the most widely used green building rating system with over 100,000 participating buildings around the world.  N&P’s membership aims to contribute to transforming the way local communities are designed, built, and operated according to the highest sustainable standards, in line with UNSDGs Saudi Vision 2030’s goals to improve the quality of life while protecting the Kingdom’s environment for the future generation.
