The event aimed to discover and recruit on-the-spot qualified employees and talents from the local region, thus swiftly filling in the vacancies with suitable candidates, while creating a more positive impact on the local communities. Alruwais shortlisted candidates at the job fair for various roles across the departments. Aiming to discover and develop young Saudi talents as part of its commitment to invest in local human capital, Alruwais organized a career day at its Head Office at Khobar on May 31st 2022 hosting more than 40 students from both KFUPM and PMU universities, the event introduced them to the N&P internship program as well as various organizational operations of the company.
