Alruwais Joins PIF’s azm Program to Strengthen Workforce Readiness

Monday, 18 August 2025

Alruwais, one of Saudi Arabia’s premier integrated project solutions providers, proudly announced its role as an inaugural partner in the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) azm Program. The official signing ceremony, attended by Rami Alturki, Chairman of Alruwais, and Housam Ibrahim-Basha, Vice President and Chief Support Services Officer, marked a significant milestone in advancing Saudi talent development and workforce readiness in alignment with Vision 2030.

This partnership exemplifies a strong alliance between the government and the private sector aimed at empowering young Saudis with essential skills while creating clear, sustainable pathways to meaningful employment. Demonstrating its commitment, Alruwais will onboard 30 Saudi graduates from the inaugural cohort of Construction Project Management Associates and Site Engineers, commencing in the fourth quarter of 2025. These participants will be employed from the outset of their training, actively advancing the Kingdom’s Saudization objectives and contributing to the national workforce development.

“We are honored to join forces with PIF on the azm Program,” said Housam Ibrahim Basha, Vice President and Chief Support Services Officer at Alruwais. “This collaboration drives real impact by fostering career growth, advancing Saudization, and building the Kingdom’s skilled talent for the future.”

Alruwais will play an active role in shaping curriculum development, supporting delivery, and providing hands-on training and mentorship to ensure graduates acquire skills aligned with industry needs and are prepared for sustainable careers. The company also commits to offering competitive starting salaries to successful graduates, ensuring attractive and rewarding career pathways following program completion. This initiative further reinforces the company’s dedication to excellence, localization, and supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambitious development goals.
